Over the last few months, we’ve worked to bring you more and more of your favourite restaurants in your local area. On Deliveroo you now have access to more deals than ever before.
Starting today, you will see a service fee that is 3% of your order value, with a minimum service fee of 0.05 KWD per order, up to a maximum of 0.25 KWD. You will also see lowered average delivery fees. We have a number of restaurants on Deliveroo that do their own delivery - these restaurants are able to set their own fees. This means that you may see different fees depending on the restaurant you are ordering from.
We collect a service fee on each order, which we use to bring you customer service if you need it, and to keep developing our app and our selection so you can have the best food delivery experience. We’re committed to ensuring that the fees you pay for every order are clear and we are transparent, so your fees will be displayed in-app before you check-out.
