The award highlights riders who have shown a strong commitment to following traffic regulations and maintaining high safety standards throughout the year. The Cautious Rider Award forms a core part of Deliveroo’s wider efforts to prioritise rider well-being and cultivate a strong culture of safety across its rider community. Riders are assessed based on clear safety-driven criteria, including compliance with traffic laws and responsible conduct on the road, with the programme designed to encourage positive behaviour and recognise excellence.
