Kuwait, March 12, 2025: In line with its global Full Life campaign to tackle food insecurity , Deliveroo Kuwait brought the community together this Ramadan by hosting the largest Iftar gathering at Naif Palace, providing meals to thousands of families in need.
As part of this initiative, Deliveroo Kuwait provided Iftar meals, beverages, and sweets sponsored by the renowned Al Kunafa Al Assliyya, ensuring families could break their fast with a nourishing and comforting meal. Beyond offering these meals, Deliveroo employees volunteered alongside its partner NGO, Manara, to help serve meals, further demonstrating the company’s commitment to creating a meaningful impact.
“At Deliveroo, we are deeply committed to supporting the communities we serve, and Ramadan is a time that reminds us of the power of generosity, unity, and compassion,” said Seham AlHusaini, General Manager of Deliveroo Kuwait & Qatar. “By hosting this initiative, we strive to make a meaningful impact, ensuring that families in need can share a warm meal and experience the true essence of Ramadan—giving, togetherness, and hope.”
The Full Life campaign is a key pillar of Deliveroo’s global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. Initially launched in the UK in 2021, the initiative aims to combat food insecurity worldwide and support local communities across Deliveroo’s markets.
In addition to community initiatives during Ramadan, customers can contribute to the full life initiative and support communities in need by donating food relief boxes via the “Food Box” option on the Deliveroo app. These donations are then delivered to partnered NGOs, whose members facilitate their distribution to those in need.
